Directions From Dublin Airport:

​

Follow signs at the airport for the M50 ring road. Head south direction Limerick. Follow the ring road until you get to JUNCTION 9.Turn off here on the N7 (M9). Follow this road until you see the signs for the M9 motorway, direction Waterford/Kilkenny. Follow this road all the way to EXIT 9. Turn left at the roundabout for Stoneyford(R713). On approaching the village of Stoneyford (do not take the turning too soon at Ennisnag Lounge) , continue for a further 900 meters until you see the Stoneyford sign, shortly after that take the 1st turning to the right prior to the little bridge, here you will see our brown & white  LAWCUS FARM B&B sign pointing uphill for the village of Kells . Continue for approximately 800 meters where you will see our other B&B sign on your right pointing down a long narrow laneway where we are situated.

Directions from Cork:

​

Take the N8 out of Cork , direction Dublin. Follow this road until you get on Junction near Cahir,but take the EXIT for N24, direction Clonmel/Waterford.

In Clonmel after several roundabouts take a left onto the N76 Direction KIlkenny. Follow the road until you get to Callan, then turn right into Callan ,keep going through town . OUtside of CAllan take the 1st left (R699) and then the 1st left again . YOu are now heading for Kells , go straight through staggered junction for Stoneyford, there is a Sign for Lawcus Farm B&B , Go past the Kell Priory on your left and keep going for 2 kms until your see our B&B sign on the right pointing down lane.

Directions from Waterford:

​

Take M9 Motorway from Waterford, Direction Dublin/Kilkenny. Take EXIT 10 & head for Knocktopher, here take a left onto N10 towards Kilkenny R699 for Stoneyford . Drive through Stoneyford and take the 2nd Left after you've crossed over small bridge.You will see our Brown & white B&B sign on left pointing uphill towards Kells Village. Drive for approx 800 mtrs  then you will spot our B&B sign on the right pointing down laneway where you will find us.

Directions from Kilkenny City:

Leaving Kilkenny City Look for N10( old national road to Waterford M9)./ Its a straight route out to us for 5 mins , then the road changes form N10 to R713 for Stoneyford . On approaching the village of Stoneyford (do not take the turning too soon at Ennisnag Lounge) , continue for a further 900 meters until you see the Stoneyford sign, shortly after that take the 1st turning to the right prior to the little bridge, here you will see our brown & white  LAWCUS FARM B&B sign pointing uphill for the village of Kells .
