Directions from Dublin Airport:

Follow signs at the airport for the M50 Ring road . Head for south direction Limerick. Follow the Ring
road until you get to junction No.9. Turnoff here on the N7(M9). Follow this road until you see the
signs for the M9 motorway, direction Waterford/kilkenny. Follow this road all the way to EXIT9. Turn
left  at the Roundabout for Stoneyford (R713).  On approaching the village of Stoneyford take the 1st
turning to the right of the little bridge here you should see our brown & white B&B sign pointing
uphill  for the village of Kells. Continue for approximately 800mtrs where you will see our other B&B
sign on your right pointing down a long narrow laneway, where we are situated.

Alternative scenic route throughWicklow Mountains;

Follow directions as above from airport on the M50 heading south to Exit 15  follow  the R117
Enniskerry.   Then take the R755 for Roundwood. On this road you can take a stop and see
Powerscourt house, waterfall and gardens. From Roundwood keep going on the R755 heading for
Annamoe and Laragh. In Laragh take the R756 through the Wicklowgap. On this road you'll see the
signs for the famous Glengalough  heritage site. Having driven over the Wicklow Gap you
eventually end up in the village of Hollywood. Here you take a left 0n the N81. Follow this road until
you get to Baltinglass. Here you can take the M9 Motorway for
Kilkenny, Waterford. From here follow directions as above.

Note: This latter route will take  a lot more time. Advisable to travel in daylight hours to appreciate
the views.
Directions from Cork:

Take the N8 out of Cork, direction Dublin. Follow this road until you get a Junction near Caher. Don't go in to
Caher but take the exit for the N24,direction Clonmel , Waterford. In Clonmel after several Roundabout's
you'll take a left onto the N76. Direction Kilkenny. Follow this road until you get to Callan. Turn right into
Callan and keep going straight through the town. Outside Callan take the first left (R699). And then the first
left again. You are now heading for Kells. In Kells you see a pub on your right. Go straight ahead for
Stoneyford. There is a sign for Lawcus Farm the corner of the pub. Go past the priory which you'll see on
your left and keep going on this road. After a while our sign is on your left pointing down our lane.

Scenic route alternative:

Take the N25 out of Cork and follow this road all the way until you get to Waterford. This road will take you
along the coastline with many opportunities to do some sightseeing.
In Waterford follow the directions as described below.

Note: On both these routes you will meet a tollgate so you need to have some change ready.
Directions from Waterford:

Take M9 Motorway from Waterford. Direction Dublin, Kilkenny. Take exit 10 and head for Knocktopher. In
Knocktopher take a left onto the N10 towards Kilkenny. Keep going until you get to Stoneyford. Drive
through Stoneyford and take the last left after you've crossed a little bridge. You'll see a brown & white sign
for Lawcus Farm B&B pointing uphill in the direction of Kells village, continue for approximately 800mtrs on
this road until, where you will see our other B&B sign on your right pointing down our narrow laneway  to
our guesthouse.
